🏥 Anesthesia Considerations
⚠ Large air sac volume, diving reflex
Isoflurane at 3-5% induction, 1.5-2.5% maintenance. Uncuffed ET tube. IPPV 6-12 breaths/min. Air sac tube as backup if cannot intubate.
