🏥 Anesthesia Considerations

⚠ Very small patient — hypothermia and hypoglycemia risk

Warm surgical suite, heated pad under drapes. No fasting > 1 hr. Isoflurane induction, smallest uncuffed ET tube. Monitor with Doppler on brachial artery.
