The Compliance Hub
A clinic’s compliance workspace: its compliance items and acknowledgements, audit binder exports, outside auditor and attorney access, reminders, policy and retention overrides, security credentials and the DEA page.
Getting in
Settings › Compliance › Open Compliance Hub. The first time, the practice owner sets the hub up with a short wizard: jurisdiction, templates, disclosures and a review. After that, only people enrolled in the hub can open it.
What is in it
The hub page shows your clinic’s compliance items by status and by severity, recent acknowledgements and recent audit events. Its quick actions:
- Privacy requests, Export binder (an audit binder for an inspection), and Reminders.
- Auditor grants and Counsel access: give an outside auditor or your attorney their own access to the hub.
- Inherited policies (company policies applied to this clinic) and Retention overrides.
- Security credentials and Staff recovery codes.
- DEA controlled substances, for members with a DEA number.
Some actions ask you to confirm your identity again first.
Common questions
- Can I give an outside auditor access?
- Yes. In the Compliance Hub (Settings › Compliance › Open Compliance Hub), use Auditor grants. Counsel access does the same for your attorney.
- Can I export records for an inspection?
- The Compliance Hub’s Export binder builds an audit binder for you to download.
