RosaCE credits and licenses
Tracking your CE hours in RosaCE — hours earned here plus outside CE you log — and recording your licenses and renewal dates.
Credits
Credits adds up the hours you earn in RosaCE and the outside CE you log yourself. For outside CE you pick the provider and enter the hours; they are marked as not verified by RosaCE. Attaching the outside certificate is not available yet.
Licenses
Licenses records each license: state, license number, renewal date and CE Broker ID. A renewal date within 90 days is highlighted.
RosaCE does not send renewal reminders, and states’ CE hour requirements are not loaded, so it cannot tell you how many hours your state needs — check with your licensing board.
Common questions
- Can I track my license renewal hours?
- You can record each license and renewal date and see your hours in Credits, including outside CE you log. RosaCE does not know each state’s required hours or send renewal reminders, so check your board’s requirement.
- Can I add CE I took somewhere else?
- Yes. Log it in Credits with the provider and hours; it is marked as not verified. Attaching the certificate is not available yet.
