Where it stands
The Smart Health Collar is on founder pre-sale at drrosiedvm.com/smart-collar. The launch price will be $299 plus a $14.99 monthly plan; founders who reserve now pay $149 for the collar and $9.99 a month for as long as they keep the plan.
Reserving takes a $29 deposit that counts toward the $149, and saves the card used. When the collar is ready to ship (estimated February 2027) we email the buyer, then charge the remaining $120 to that card 7 days later.
The deposit is refunded in full any time before that ready-to-ship email — reply to the confirmation email. After it, if the balance is not paid within 14 days, the reservation ends and the deposit is not refunded. If the estimated ship date is missed, a buyer who would rather not wait can cancel for a full refund.
The collar screens you can open in RosaPet today show sample data from a made-up dog, so you can see what the app will show.
