Your records are yours
Your clinic owns its records. Key reports export to CSV, and individual records, lab reports and images download today. A full export of everything is available on request while self-serve export is being built.
AI drafts, a licensed clinician signs
AI-drafted SOAP notes are never written to the record on their own. A licensed clinician reviews each note and signs it with their PIN.
An audit trail nobody can edit
The controlled-substance (DEA) log and the AI audit log are protected by database rules that block edits and deletions.
Ask Dr. Rosie
Ask Dr. Rosie checks every question for emergencies first. Its answers are generated by AI and are not reviewed by a veterinarian. Always confirm with your vet.
Security basics
- HTTPS only, with HSTS, and protection against clickjacking and content sniffing.
- Error reports are scrubbed of patient and client details before they leave our servers.
- The database is backed up daily to private storage, and each backup is checked before upload.
