The next 100 practices to sign up shape the product, lock in pricing for the life of their subscription, and earn recognition credits for verified product feedback.
100 of 100 founding spots remaining.
From any page in RosaVet, click "Share feedback". Describe what happened — attach a screenshot for anything beyond a typo.
We review every submission and follow up in your inbox within 1–2 business days. If it's a real product issue we'll say so explicitly.
Verified product issues earn a $50 bill credit. The credit applies to your account and reduces your next invoice.
Founding-rate protection
Per-DVM pricing is snapshotted at signup and locked for the life of your active subscription, governed by the customer agreement. Non-founding-member rates may change; yours don't.
Ongoing founding-customer feedback privileges
Founding members keep access to the structured feedback channel after general availability, governed by the program terms.
Founding Member badge
Surfaced in your account so your team knows where you stand.
Optional public recognition (opt-in)
Choose to be listed on a future /founding-members page with your practice name and logo. Off by default; freely given, freely revocable.
Behavior that doesn't match what the product is supposed to do — a workflow that breaks, data that displays wrong, a calculation that's off. We review every submission carefully; if it's a feature behaving as designed or an environmental issue, we'll explain what we found in your inbox.
Verified credits apply via Stripe customer balance to your RosaVet account and reduce your next invoice total. The credit isn't a cash refund — it's a discount on subscription fees.
$500 per practice per rolling 30 days. The cap exists so the program recognizes genuine contribution without becoming exploitable.
We'll thank you for the second confirmation — it helps us prioritize — and let you know when the fix ships. No credit on duplicates, but it's still useful signal.
Description text and screenshots are scrubbed on submission for common PII (SSN, card numbers, emails, phone numbers). Screenshots also run through OCR-based scrub. Vet medicine isn't HIPAA-covered, but we treat your data with care anyway.
