Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
Please read these terms carefully before using DrRosieDVM.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DrRosieDVM.com (the "Platform"), operated by Vindicta Salvatoris Trust ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Medical Disclaimer — Critical
All content on this Platform is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and must not be construed as, a substitute for professional veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No veterinary-client-patient relationship (VCPR) is established through your use of this Platform, its articles, videos, courses, or the AI chat assistant. A valid VCPR requires a licensed veterinarian to have physically examined your animal and maintained sufficient knowledge of your animal to make medical judgments.
Always seek the advice of your veterinarian with any questions regarding your pet's health condition. Never delay seeking professional veterinary care because of something you have read, watched, or been told on this Platform.
If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, stop reading and contact your veterinarian or nearest emergency animal hospital immediately.
For a more detailed explanation, please see our full Medical Disclaimer.
3. User Accounts
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium content and features are available through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access to premium content continues through the end of the paid billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vindicta Salvatoris Trust, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Costs of procuring substitute services
- Any damages arising from or related to veterinary decisions made based on information obtained from this Platform
- Service interruptions, errors, or omissions in content
The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Acceptable Use

- Use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Access, probe, scrape, or scan the Platform or its systems without authorization, or circumvent security, rate-limiting, or access controls
- Upload malware or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity
- Use automated means to extract data, or use the Platform or its content to train artificial intelligence models
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vindicta Salvatoris Trust and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
9. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT, TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL, AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
Informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration, you agree to first contact us at hello@drrosiedvm.com and give us 60 days to resolve the dispute in good faith. Most concerns can be resolved this way.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except as stated below. The arbitration will be administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association) under its consumer arbitration rules then in effect. The arbitrator, and not any court, has exclusive authority to resolve questions about the interpretation, scope, and enforceability of this section.
Class-action waiver.YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding. YOU AND WE ALSO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
30-day right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@drrosiedvm.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will proceed in court; the remainder of this section survives.
Coordinated (mass) filings. If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are asserted by or with the assistance of the same or coordinated counsel, the parties agree the demands will be administered in staged batches to promote efficiency.
Time limit. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Electronic Communications
By creating an account or contacting us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (email and in-product notices), and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
11. Governing Law & General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vindicta Salvatoris Trust is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and, for arbitration, by the Federal Arbitration Act where applicable.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform.
