Founding Member program

The first 100 practices to start a paid RosaVet subscription keep their per-DVM rate, get free RosaCE for up to 25 team members, earn a $50 credit per verified issue, and can choose to be listed on the Founding Members page.

Who becomes a founding member

The first 100 veterinary practices to start a paid RosaVet subscription. Sign up from /beta: create your account, set up your practice, pick your plan, and start the 30-day trial. Your practice becomes a founding member when its first paid invoice goes through — the trial itself does not count. Once 100 practices have joined, /beta shows Beta closed.

What you get

  • Your founding rate: your price per DVM stays at the rates in effect when you joined, for every DVM you add, while your subscription stays active. If our published prices drop below yours, you pay the lower price.
  • Free RosaCE for up to 25 team members, even after RosaCE seats become a paid product. Seats beyond 25 are billed at the regular rate.
  • A $50 credit for every product issue you report that we verify, up to $500 in any rolling 30 days, applied to your invoice.
  • A Founding Member badge with your number at the top of every RosaVet page.
  • An optional listing on the public Founding Members page (below).

The rate lock covers the per-DVM fee only: usage charges such as AI phone minutes and client texts, card processing, and taxes are billed as normal. The full terms are in our Terms of Service, section 15.

Being listed on the Founding Members page

The practice owner turns it on in Settings › Founding Member: "List our practice on the Founding Members page". It is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time. The page shows your practice name, your logo if you have one, and your founding number — and your city and state only if your clinic website is published.

Only the owner sees Settings › Founding Member, and only while the practice is a founding member.

How founding status ends

Founding status ends if the practice cancels, or if its bill stays unpaid more than 30 days past due. A practice that comes back later rejoins at regular prices. If the practice is sold, the new owner keeps founding status as long as the subscription keeps running.

Common questions

Does the free trial make us a founding member?
No. A practice becomes a founding member when its first paid invoice goes through, after the trial.
How do we get listed on the Founding Members page?
The practice owner turns it on in Settings › Founding Member. It is off by default and can be turned off any time.
