Dr. Rosie DVM is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for all and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We treat WCAG 2.1 AA as our benchmark for both the public site and our practice-management and client-portal applications.
Measures we take to support accessibility include:
We consider the site to be partially conformantwith WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. Some third-party components we embed — such as video players and the diagnostic-imaging viewer — are outside our direct control, and we work with those providers to improve accessibility over time. We prioritize fixes based on impact and reported barriers.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Dr. Rosie DVM. If you encounter a barrier, or need information on this site in a different format, please let us know:

Please include the web address (URL) of the page, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to resolve validated issues as quickly as is practical. If you are not satisfied with our response, please tell us so we can do better.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We review this statement and our practices periodically and update them as our platform evolves and as standards change. This statement was last reviewed in July 2026.
