Every product that earns a Dr. Rosie recommendation has survived a genuine test — real clinical review, real ingredient analysis, and real-world use with real patients. That is the only standard we have ever had.
Our Hard Rules
- ✗No guaranteed endorsements — ever. Period.
- ✗No misleading claims. If your marketing contradicts the science, we will say so.
- ✗No products that prioritize profit over animal health.
- ✗No fake reviews. What you get is our honest, unfiltered opinion.
- ✗No rush. We test properly, not quickly.
These are not negotiating positions. If you need guaranteed placement, we are not the right partner — and that is okay.
