Advertising Policy

Dr. Rosie DVM sells clearly labeled advertising space on some of its public pages. This page explains what we sell, who we accept, and what we never sell.
What we sell
Advertisers buy space on one page, in one language, for agreed dates, for a flat fee. We do not sell impressions, clicks or results. We never sell a recommendation or endorsement from Dr. Rosie, or any say in what she writes.
Who we accept
We only accept advertisers we trust and believe in. Before an ad runs we review its words, its image, the advertiser and the page it links to, and we may refuse or remove any ad at any time.
Any change to an ad, its claims, its product or the page it links to needs a new review.
What we never accept
- Claims to diagnose, treat, prevent, ease or cure any disease.
- Anything that implies Dr. Rosie or any veterinarian endorses the product, such as “vet recommended”, approval badges, or our name or marks.
- Comparisons or “best” and “#1” claims without solid evidence that we have reviewed.
- Prescription products, drugs, compounded products or controlled substances.
- Advertising aimed at children.
- Digital goods or subscriptions sold outside the app stores’ own billing.
- Tracking pixels, advertiser code, misleading redirects, or anything made to look like part of our site.
Not accepted for now
Animal supplements, flea and tick products, and online pharmacies. Pet food and treats get an extra check of the label, the claims and the page the ad links to. Pet insurance ads must name the insurer and state important coverage limits.
How ads are marked
Every ad names the advertiser in a clear label and sits in its own separate box. Ads appear only on some public pages — never on the client portal or any page with an animal’s medical record. Paid members never see ads, and ads never appear in our apps.
Why you see an ad
An ad is chosen only by the page you are on, your site language and the booking dates. It is never chosen from your browsing history or a profile of you.
What we count
We count how often each ad is shown and clicked, and we give advertisers totals only — never who saw or clicked an ad.
