Delete your account
RosaPet, RosaCE and drrosiedvm.com share one Dr. Rosie DVM account, run by Dr. Rosie DVM LLC. Deleting it closes your account in all three.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to drrosiedvm.com, or open the RosaPet or RosaCE app.
- Go to Account, then Delete account.
- Tick the confirmation box and press Request account deletion.
Can't sign in? Email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you: hello@drrosiedvm.com
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleting your account is permanent after a 30-day grace period. Here is what happens:
- Your profile, preferences, conversation history, and pets not linked to a veterinary practice are deleted.
- Medical and billing records held by your veterinary practice are retained by that practice as required by law.
- Community posts and votes are unlinked from your name, but the content itself remains.
- You can cancel any time during the 30-day grace period from the Delete account page.
